Submitting a brand enquiry does not constitute a binding agreement. Campaigns are confirmed only once scope, pricing, and terms are agreed in writing.
3. Creator applications
Applying as a creator does not guarantee acceptance or participation in campaigns. Creators remain independent contractors and are not employees of Creator Exchange Hub.
4. Content and conduct
Users agree not to:submit false or misleading informationmisuse the website or servicesattempt to contact creators or brands directly in ways that circumvent agreed processesWe reserve the right to decline or remove users at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and materials belong to Creator Exchange Hub unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or use content without permission.
